Amrita Pantry is an initiative which aims to support people in need across Australia by donating perishable and non-perishable food items, toiletries and other essentials to community organisations who provide food boxes and support services to individuals and families experiencing financial hardship.

There is an Amrita Pantry in the following locations:

Amrita Pantry - Byron Bay

Amrita Pantry Byron Bay is an initiative of Amrita Australia Limited and Amma Byron Bay. We work with local organisations to support people in need in the local Byron Bay and surrounds community through donations of food and other essential items.

Amrita Pantry Byron Bay collaborates with the Mullumbimby District Neighbourhood Centre by supporting the Women’s Special Services Unit and those recovering from Natural Disasters. We fundraise locally to provide vouchers for groceries, essential items and fuel. We also provide Christmas hampers which are distributed to families in need, which is also co-ordinated through the Mullumbimby District Neighbourhood House.

We look forward to growing Amrita Pantry – Byron Bay to be of further support to the community and warmly welcome requests from organisations interested in working with us.
